Battery replacement: Does your battery not hold charge? We replace and fix it with a non-original like-4-like new battery. Please note: An 'Important Battery Message' will temporarily appear, before disappearing into the 'Settings' app after 48 hours. The ability to view your battery health within the 'Settings' app will also be removed. This does not affect the functionality or performance of your device.

How it works
Once you have placed your order we try our hardest to complete your order and return your iPhone in 1 business day
- We attempt to contact you to let you know we're on our way (if your iPhone screen is broken we understand you may not reply)
- When we arrive we show you your online payment receipt to prove we're Benny Phone Fix. Make sure you see this before handing your iPhone over.
- We check you have locked your iPhone with your pin
- We secure your iPhone in a secure pouch for transport and courier it to our repairs workshop in London by bicycle
- Our workshop repairs team fix your iPhone
- We return your iPhone in a secure pouch to your address and require proof of delivery (we will only leave your iPhone if you leave a signed delivery note and we return to the original collection address)
